Virutal Tour & Review of Demon Hunt by Christine Ashworth ~

Tribred Gregor Caine decided long ago to deny his blood legacy, so he isn’t thrilled when paired with a full-blooded Fae to hunt the demons threatening to decimate Los Angeles. As they fight side by side, he finds she calls to both his Fae and his demon blood; a call he can’t resist.

Warrior Fae Serra Willows crossed into the Human Plane to help destroy the demons released from the Chaos Plane. Finding and shutting down the portal between worlds is more challenging than she expected...and Gregor and his world more seductive than she had ever imagined.

As the killings escalate, Gregor and Serra realize one of the most deadly demons from the Chaos Plane has marked Serra as his own. To save her, Gregor has to face his greatest fear—losing his humanity to the darkness in his blood. But in a race against time, that darkness could become his greatest strength. And he will kill to claim Serra’s love.

This is the 2nd book in a series, with Gregor being the 2nd out of 3 brothers. At first, I was a pretty lost, as I hadn't read book 1, but Ms. Ashworth does a pretty good job of bringing us up to speed, although it takes a while for you to catch up.  I'd suggest reading book 1, Demon Soul,  first (I'm going to be going back to do just that!)

Warrior Far Serra Willows crosses into the Earth plane to make good on a an agreement her people have made with the "Caine".  Unable to contact him, & with the situation with the Demons worsening & the death of her own twin brother, she comes to Earth to make contact with him.  Only to find Gregor Caine ~ a sexy Tribred who is son to the Caine she's looking for, and who has NO idea where his father is.  Serra is quickly pulled into the fight that is going on here on Earth ~ the Demons are wreaking havoc, and together she and Gregor (and his inner Demon) might be the only ones who can stop them.

The sex scenes are HOT ~ the attraction between Serra & Gregor is instant, and while Gregor fights it, it's inevitable & sexy when they do get together...and I found myself almost loving the 3rd brother Justin, & his nemesis Maggie more than this hero and heroine!  I can't WAIT for their book!

Overall, it was a good read ~ I enjoyed it, and look forward to going back for book 1 and seeing the sparks fly in book 3!

  1. I want to read all these books. Starting with book one. If it is as good as the second one sounds, I can hardly wait.

  2. I haven't read book #1 so it's good to read in your review that it's helpful to start with the first book.
