I don't really know of any Irish heroes, but I'm sure they're out there.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite Irish hero(s) would be The Gallaghers of Ardmore from one of Nora Robert's series. Jewels of the Sun is book #1. theresa.esterline@gmail.com
ReplyDeleteMy favorite Irish hero? Well, Roarke is definitely in the top 3, but then there are some other Nora Roberts' heroes who deserve a mention: Rogan Sweeney and Murphy Muldoon from the Born in Trilogy, and Aidan Gallagher and Shawn Gallagher from the Irish Trilogy...
ReplyDeleteanasmith1919 at gmail dot com
Cian from Robert's Circle trilogy.

Sadly, I can't think of any Irish heroes. Can I go with the Lucky Charms leprechaun? He always works hard to keep that cereal safe and I appreciate that because I love to eat it lol :)

Does Jericho Barrons from the fever series count? Aside from him I cannot remember reading about any other Irish hero...kind to think of it, I believe he was an American living. I don't remember.. heh.. I need to read more books with sexy Irish men in it :D
ReplyDeletelilypondreads at gmail dot com
Hmm, seems I know many more Scottish than Irish heroes. Roarke is def. a favorite. And he's not fictional, but Pierce Brosnan deserves an honorable mention.

Branden from On Dublin Street.
ReplyDeleteJessieL62(at)comcast(dot)net
Can it be Jonathan Rhys Meyers??? He actually IS Irish and isn't a character...
ReplyDeleteWhat a great giveaway hop! I have yet to be lucky in love but I'm working on it. My favorite love book is "Outlander" by Diana Gabaldon. Jamie Fraser is amazing and beautiful. I enjoy St. Patty's Day and this year I'm spending it with my best friend. We're going to two Irish Pubs and also some dance clubs. I am also wearing green and am not a fan of getting pinched. I'm not Irish either, but many people think I am because my hair is red, my eyes green and my name is Meghan, but I'm not at all. I won't be telling anybody that, however… let them believe I'm Irish.
Thanks for the giveaway!
