Mercy Gunderson is a straight shooter with a hard edge. On medical leave from the Army, she returns home to South Dakota, which isn’t much safer for her than Iraq. I know I keep telling you guys, but I have MAD love for audio books these days...I have a LONG commute to work, and when I'm working long hours during the week I don't get a lot of reading done, so sometimes audio books are the only way I get my fix ( and yeah, books are my drug, lol ).

I love audio books! The first audiobooks we tried were the harry potter ones and fell in love audio! The narrator Jim Dale was amazing so if I see him read anything I usually pick it up (like Night circus..need to listen to it still. LOL)
ReplyDeleteOMG Melissa you know I LOVE audio books! The J.D. Robb series is my absolute favorite. I listen to audios whenever I get the chance. Especially while cleaning and riding the exercise bike or walking. :)
ReplyDeleteI love audio books! I have been kind of all over the place, so far I seem to like the books narrated by women the best, especially the Nora Roberts books. I read one straight romance, which was kind of hard to listen to because I think the narrator was uncomfortable with the material he was reading but I did manage to enjoy the book. I'm listening to "The Surgeon" by Tess Gerritsen right now on audio and I'm liking it so far. Would love to win this.
ReplyDeleteI have never bought an audio book. I have heard one before though. Years ago, 1999, WJIE would play the Left Behind series by Timothy LaHaye and Jerry B. Jenkins and it was great. At the time I was a new mom and didn't have the time to read, but I could listen while doing other things.
